Before we start making mold prototype, we need a 3D drawing of your product. We will use it as the core design for plastic mold design.
Once we receive your design specifications, we will need your confirmation. We consider creating a mold prototype to be an important part. We will conduct a DFM and mold flow analysis report to ensure that the product meets your project needs. You will need to confirm the analysis results before we continue the production process.
Once our DFM and mold flow analysis reports confirm that they are feasible and the customer confirms that they are correct, we will immediately start mold design.
After the design is completed, we will start production immediately and make the mold you need for you in as fast as 20 days. In each link of mold making, CMM three-dimensional measuring machine will be used to check the size. Only when the size of each part is confirmed to be within the tolerance range will we proceed to the next step.
After the mold is manufactured, we will first conduct a mold test run. We will test the appropriate injection speed, injection pressure, holding time and cooling time, and perform quality checks on the product. Only molds that meet customer specifications will be delivered by us.
If you need, we can also perform injection molding production for your products. Our injection molding factory is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to produce injection molded parts as needed. We use high-quality materials for each project.
After the mold production is completed, we will deliver the goods to you immediately to ensure that your construction period is not delayed. If you do not have a freight forwarder to undertake the transportation service for you, we can also find the most suitable freight forwarder for you.
